Participating in TanSAF’s Junior Cohort was an incredibly enriching experience, surrounded by amazing colleagues who brought a challenging yet supportive environment. This collaborative atmosphere not only pushed me to grow personally and professionally. I believe and hope that TanSAF’s program will have an increasingly profound impact on the future generations of young Tanzanians, empowering them to dream big and shape our country and the world as it did for me.
